Sir for ventilator you would need sick patients which may need multiple departments to function together and also they may need investigations and scans how could we get around that without a collaboration with a hospital setup. If the ICU doesn’t have a surgical facility attached then surgical ICU, gynec and trauma would be difficult and also cardiac and Neuro patients would be difficult without an intervention lab associated. Then remaining would be resp emergency, serious tropical infections, rheumatology emergency ( which would be rare), then poisoning, dsh, old people with electrolyte abnlt, serious syndromic children may be the patient population , wouldn’t it be the case sir. And wouldn’t most people prefer a multispeciality centre over independent ones. So is it practical to have an independent set up.
